"What could be more important to understand than biological energy? Thought, growth, movement, every philosophical and practical issue involves the nature of biological energy." — Raymond Peat
The conversation around methionine has me wondering if anabolic exercise can help increase helpful utilization of methionine and therefore allow higher protein intake without some of the negative effects. The greater muscle mass and potential for glycogen storage seems good too. Like exercise is increasing total energy flow if fueled appropriately. Obviously there’s an upper limit to this too and we don’t want to much lactate etc.. but generally, what do you think?
Super interesting! Thanks
