"What could be more important to understand than biological energy? Thought, growth, movement, every philosophical and practical issue involves the nature of biological energy." — Raymond Peat
Well that was a fun chat. I am located in SW Florida and while our economy in Florida is excellent right now I am feeling that the walls globally are really crumbling. This is going to be uglier than anything in my 60 years on this planet. So sad but we must prepare. Have lead and food so far, need more gold and silver.
great episode. regarding endotxins, ray told me over email once for males a daily dose of 3 mg of progesterone can help broadly protect the liver from any poor foods one is exposed to, in a good quality food shortage for example. ive also heard him say however women should cycle it every 2 weeks because the liver ends up making enzymes against it. so do males not have this problem and they can just take it daily?
i lost the email because it was from my university email which i lost access to when i graduated. very broadly, it was something similar to this:
i asked him what he would do in a food shortage and he had to eat irritating food (this was early covid). told him i also have a bad gallbladder/liver and sensitive to endotoxin
his reply was something to the tune of:
i always have some antibiotics for emergency situations: tetracycline, broad spectrum and anti-inflammatory, doxyclicine, anti-inflammatory and laxative, and penicillin. aspirin, cascara, vitamin E, pregnenolone, progesterone are helpful.
i then asked him how much progesterone i can take everyday if im a guy and he said 3mg is ok.
Here in the US white eggs are the more common variety; I think they're laid by a specific chicken breed that most of our industrial farms use. I don't know if they're cheaper or not (though if they're imported, they more likely aren't).
Again, Stateside, most of our colas use corn syrup instead of standard sugar, because we heavily subsidize corn -- a leftover domestic food production policy from the Cold War. That might be what that plant extract is.

I asked Ray on the phone if males needed to cycle low dose progesterone and he told me no. Is it possible to post the exact email reply?

Went into Tesco today, and the eggs shells were white, first time I've seen them..
Cheaper version of eggs?
In the UK, cola, now has an ingredient called " plant extract, I don't think that was in there before?

Could you release this as audio only please? It is unwatchable for me due to buffering - either my connection or my computer.
