MB and red light producing ROS was disturbing. MB in the electron transport chain was supposed to suppress ROS?! And talks from the past mentioned red light supercharging the effects of MB, in a health promoting kind of way. ROS doesn't seem to be health promoting? Do you know where in the body these ROS's were being created? A lot of followers in the various Dr Peat forum's use MB, thinking it helpful instead of harmful. Am I viewing this wrong? Thanks!
