I am already having some positive results from the changes I've been making; trying to get out of decades long difficult health since toxic shock syndrome all but did me off at age 14. I have to challenge you on the physical movement of the last century. People in the mid 1900's worked more in trades. Many trades need mobile humans back then. Building, laying bricks, concrete, farming, engine mechanics, sewing, lumber jacks theres a long list. For sure these fields need energy to drive, create and complete tasks.
I definityly agree after computers arrived stagnation happened, sitting all day.
