I think of many of my friends who went on the pill at 16 and stayed on it until menopause. At which point, their doctor put them on estrogen HRT. It's really scaring me to think about it.
The nuances about succinic acid were an eye opener.
In my opinion Ray will never reach the mainstream American culture. I’m sure plenty of other countries will completely click with Rays approach to life and food.
Americans are mostly brought up on frantic stress, over achieving, and chronic self image issues, IDK. What I’m thinking is that Americans are not taught or brought up in a way that is congruent with nature. We act so separate and unaware of ourselves as animals. The mainstream will put on 8-10 Lbs and after a month of eating full meals with added sugar will freak out and denounce Ray as a lunatic because they got fat.
Fuentes and sneako , them being far right, that might be what “the government “ wants. Ppl who can think for themselves they might be clear on Ray’s philosophy. But the mainstream cannot think for themselves. And the celebrities might possibly paint him as something he isn’t.
Ray Peat is getting well known otherwise, so the creeps already know. They do not want anything taking place organically. And I think this is something they have developed, ie it’s not organic.
