Just saw this study that seems to state that progesterone could be responsible for breast cancer and not estrogen.

Out of curiosity are there any foods that contain progesterone? Such as oysters, liver etc

Cycling progesterone didn't work for me. Gave me the worst endometriosis pain of my life. The pain lasted for months, even after beginning progesterone again. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This could possibly because progest e is made from wild yam which is actually estrogenic. If you are estrogen dominant it might make the problem worse as you described.

Very helpful! As usual! Question, i don’t recall ever hearing how much progest e Ray use to take. Obviously he used what he needed at whatever moment. But did he ever mention how much he would take?? Im just thinking of suggesting it to my dad who’s in his 70’s and having issues. Thanks a million!
