These are really good, thank you Danny. I think an encapsulation on antibiotics would be very interesting.

I usually dissolve a tablet in a cup of stock or broth when we're having that at home, adds a nice acidic taste to the soup... it's a win-win

Something worth mentioning is Caffeine & Aspirin have overlapping effects. Rather than loading up on just Aspirin I will include Coffee w/smaller amounts of Aspirin. I'm guessing the combination is more beneficial than the individual substance.

So you’re saying even using pure aspirin powder it’s still sensible to put in hot water with baking soda? Also is lactose ok as only additive if I can’t get pure powder? Thank you

Great podcast! Where do you get K2 in Olive oil? Hard to find. Fortunately I can handle MCT oil at the moment.

This was great, thank you, but I'm still wondering about which FORM of vitamin K works with aspirin. K2 is what Forefront Health, Heath Natura, etc sells to the Peat world. My hypothyrodism brought on a high rcb and I need to thin my blood but I take, like most Peaters I would think, vitamin E which also thins the blood. I don't seem to bleed with 325-500mg Aniprin a day and 100mcg of K2. And I still have a question about the toxicity problem of taking vit E and K at the same time, but see that they are together in Giorgi's fat-soluble blend? Appreciate your time if you could address this here or on the next Giorgi interview.

Thanks, Danny. K1 is the coagulant made in the colon. K2 has other functions. There may be some overlap.

I like to buzz my aniprin crystals in a coffee grinder to make a fine powder, makes it way easier to dissolve in a minimal amount of hot water.

Anyone have an issue with elevated liver enzymes when taking aspirin? Mine go up when I take more than one aspirin a day. Not sure what would cause this issue.

Thpughts on pure salicylic acid? Ive been taking about 1g in 3 seperate doses for awhile now and digestion seems fine. Sometimes I pair it with milk, do you think thats a good counter measure for the acidity?

Baby aspirin makes my ears ring - what to do?

Isn't it possible that the reason you're not having a problem with taking large doses of aspirin with the "dissolved in water with baking soda method" is because the baking soda aka sodium bicarbonate is reacting with the aspirin aka salycilic acid to form sodium salycilate, water and carbon dioxide?

If that's the case you could shortcut the reaction process by supplementing pure sodium salicylate as a salt directly.

Just curious, why do you add the baking soda to the aspirin when you dissolve it?

European aspirin has only cellulose powder and corn starch as additives, very small amounts.
